Remedies for acid stomach that help arthritis pain?
My arthritis in shoulder, elbow & hands is more painful when I have acidic stomach. This occurs mostly if I eat meat , apart from Gaviscon medicine is there a quick fix, like lemon juice ? Any suggestions welcome. I am a believer that diet helps arthritis, I avoid too many painkillers and I try to avoid eating meat.
I answered your other question. try the milk or dry bread for tonight, make sure you are taking anti-inflammatory pills for the arthritis, if you have run out…crank up the heating for tonight so that you are warm and comfy.
Dont drink anything acidic……….that will only make things worse. leave the Lemons alone.
