What is that “device” that you put perfume/fragrance oil and then you light it called?

What is the name of that “device” (even though it can be ornamental) that you put fragrance oil or perfume and then you light a candle under it (or it can be electric – either way it’s thermal based) and then it will spread a nice smell in the room?
I saw one a couple of weeks ago and thought of getting it as a present for a friend.

I think they’re just called oil burners, or something simple like that. I think that’s a really cool gift idea..just be sure that the scent you choose is one they’ll like for sure, or get a few different ones for them to choose from
