my skin changes dramatically over seasons?

ok so in the winter its SO dry like i get flakes all over my face and my skin is SOOOOO dry that i even tried puting olive oil, foot cream, and CHI silk infusion on my face and they didnt even give me pimple cause my skin was SOOOO dry. but now in the summer my skin is not just normal, or a little dry, its actually kindof oily. i had to use oil blotting sheets like 2 or 3 times a day! is there anything i can do?

this only means that you have sensitive skin and that your skin cant handke drastic changes in the weather. but this is okay
cause you can fix it

moisturise EVERY day!
to keep your face fresh and naurished
i would use olay. they have the best moisturisers

in summer your skin may be dehydrated so make sure you drink lots of water.

make sure you rubb off your makeup every night before bed.

exercise alot!

and your skin will get fixed in no time
